The Psychology Department at Santa Clara University has an opening for a 2-year Inclusive Excellence Post-Doctoral Fellow position. The goal of the inclusive excellence post-doctoral fellowship program at Santa Clara University is to support the early development of teaching scholars who are from historically underrepresented groups. The position is open to any area of psychology with a preference for candidates in the Developmental Psychology/Lifespan Development area. The candidate should have a research program that can incorporate undergraduates and should be prepared to teach courses in introductory psychology, developmental psychology, statistics and research methods, and upper-level psychology courses in her/his area of expertise. The post-doctoral fellow will teach three courses during the first year of the fellowship and four courses during the second year. The appointment will begin September 1, 2018.
