The Cognition and Learning Laboratory at Purdue University, under the direction of Dr. Jeffrey D. Karpicke, invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position. Fellows will contribute to research projects examining cognitive strategies that promote learning in children and adults in both laboratory and classroom settings. Fellows will also assist with the design and development of educational technologies aimed at improving student learning.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology/cognitive science, learning sciences, educational psychology, educational technology, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a background in experimental research on learning and cognition, a strong record of refereed publications, experience conducting research in K-12 settings, and experience conducting research on educational technologies. The position is available beginning in summer or fall 2017.
