The Department of Curriculum, Foundations, and Reading in the College of Education at Georgia Southern University invites applications and nominations for the position of Visiting Instructor of Educational Psychology for the 2023-24 academic year. This position is located on the Statesboro campus, with possible teaching online.

Position Description. Reporting to the department chair of Curriculum, Foundations, and Reading, the visiting instructor of Educational Psychology will teach undergraduate courses in educational psychology, human development, assessment, and possibly elementary education. The teaching load for this position will be 15 credit hours per semester during the fall and spring semesters (5 courses each semester). The visiting instructor will also be expected to hold regular office hours and participate in departmental meetings and activities. Collegiality is essential. This is an academic year/Fall Semester/Spring Semester appointment for the months of August 2023-May 2024. All visiting positions are one-year, non-tenure track appointments. The salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
