The Psychology Department at Missouri State University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Educational Psychology at the Assistant Professor level beginning August 2014. Application review will begin February 18, 2014, but applications will be accepted until the position is filled. Candidates must have a doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Educational Psychology or closely related field. ABD will be considered with an expected completion by start date.

Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses related to educational psychology, developmental psychology, and other areas of interest. The successful candidate should demonstrate skill and interest in online teaching, commitment to mentoring undergraduate and graduate student research, and potential for programmatic research in expertise area. Service is expected within university, college and departmental levels, and participation is expected in activities that contribute to the public affairs mission of the university.
