The University of New Mexico (UNM) announces a tenure track Assistant Professor position in quantitative methodology for the 2016 – 2017 academic year. Housed in the Educational Psychology program, we seek a researcher who specializes in statistical methods which are broadly applicable to children, families, and educators. The researcher will join a new methods research group designed to foster collaboration and support methodological research. This position is open to methodologists from a broad range of areas, although preference will be given to those with expertise in measurement. The successful applicant should have evidence of experience teaching quantitative methods and of publishing methodological research. Preference is given to a strong methodological research program, evidence of successful collaboration with applied researchers, and a track record as instructor or graduate assistant for graduate level methods courses. - D. or terminal doctoral degree by appointment start date with specialization in quantitative methodology or a related field.
