The College of Medicine at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is seeking an Educational Development, Evaluation, and Research specialist (Assistant Professor rank) to join the Office of Medical Education in a full-time faculty position.  This is an excellent opportunity to lead efforts in curriculum development, program evaluation, learner assessment, and educational scholarship in conjunction with College faculty. Required qualifications include a Ph.D., Ed.D., or similar degree in education or related field, familiarity with principles of learning and instructional design, experience in study design and statistical analysis including parametric and non-parametric techniques and tools, experience with learner assessment and program evaluation, demonstrated project management and oral and written communication skills, and experience in faculty development or teaching experience with adult learners. Preferred qualifications include experience with simulation, grant writing, technology-based instruction and evaluation, performance-based assessment, instrument design, and problem-based and team-based learning. 

The Office of Medical Education supports medical education through educational development and coordination, simulation activities, curriculum evaluation, and educational research.
