The Department of Educational Studies at Purdue University is seeking a 10-month clinical assistant professor in the area of special education. This faculty member should hold a PhD in special education or a closely related field and demonstrate the following skills: 1) knowledge and experience with online instruction, 2) experience working with individuals with disabilities (P-12 and/or related settings), 3) experience working with in-service and preservice teachers, 4) ability to collaborate and coordinate with others in instructional delivery. In this position, the clinical faculty member will be expected to coordinate with faculty and the online vendor to develop and implement the online masters program in special education, teach courses in special education, and contribute to the overall quality of education at Purdue University.
