Alliant International University seeks applications and nominations for the position of Dean of the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP).  Under the general direction of the Provost and Vice President, Academic Affairs, this position is responsible for oversight of all Clinical Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Couple and Family Therapy, Clinical Counseling, and Clinical Psychopharmacology programs, currently located at six California and three international campuses, with current enrollment of approximately 2,300 students.

Responsibilities include school-wide and system-wide academic planning, faculty recruitment, retention and development, budget development and management, supervision of program directors, student success and the quality of the academic programs.  The Dean is an integral part of the university leadership team and works to foster a learning community.  The position requires knowledge of the degrees and disciplines within psychology, behavioral health and behavioral sciences, as well as familiarity with psychology training at the graduate level and also undergraduate.
