The Research Fellow in The Center for Teaching, Research, and Learning (CTRL) will explore issues related to equity, diversity, and inclusion for underrepresented populations in higher education. The Research Fellow will assist the Associate Director with all aspects of research — writing, research design, data collection, analysis, and dissemination of findings — that focus on black men in postsecondary education, and inclusive teaching and learning in higher education. As part of the Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship, the incumbent will receive career development and mentoring support to develop their personal research that align with the broad goals of CTRL.The Research Fellow will work collaboratively with faculty researchers, and staff in CTRL, and may supervise graduate and undergraduate students.
