I am seeking a postdoc for my project Evaluation for Actionable Change: A Data-Driven Approach. Within this project we examine math learning and motivation within an elementary school digital mathematics platform. Data are mostly collected; the postdoc position will be focused on data management and publications.

The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Educational Psychology, STEM Education, Developmental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Learning Sciences, or similar field. This is a 30-hour-a-week post-doc (the listed salary is for .75 time), including benefits, with the option to teach for additional compensation. Data from and access to other projects in our lab will also be available. These projects largely focus on motivation and cognition in educational contexts. Our newest project focuses on Computational Thinking. You can read more about the projects in our lab at https://rutherfordlab.wordpress.com/
