We are excited to announce a new opportunity to be part of an innovative team studying the motivational, self-regulatory, and behavioral impacts of a multisite randomized mentoring and role modeling program for undergraduate women pursuing STEM degrees and careers. Briefly, the PROGRESS (PROmoting Geoscience Research, Education, and SuccesS) program implements professional development workshops, access to female mentors and role models, and online discussions and resources to undergraduate students who identify as women and are interested in the earth and environmental sciences.

The Postdoctoral Research Associate will play a crucial role in all aspects of implementing the study, as well as analyzing and disseminating study results. The Postdoctoral researcher will have the opportunity to lead and support presentations at conferences, as well as lead and support scholarly publications. Other benefits include the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists in Educational Psychology, Social Psychology, and Geoscience fields, travel associated with implementations of the program, many opportunities for networking.
