Dr. Teya Rutherford is hiring a postdoctoral scholar to work on her NSF-funded project investigating students’ emotions, motivations, and decision-making within a mathematics learning technology.
The position has a flexible start-date between August, 2022 and January, 2023. The position will be based in Newark, DE at University of Delaware with some remote work options.
Ideal candidates will have a background in educational psychology or learning sciences theories, especially relating to motivation and Self-Regulated Learning; educational technology implementation and classroom integration; and/or mathematics learning. Candidates should have strong data analysis skills; experience in R and/or Stata; experience with very large datasets, primary data collection, secondary data analysis, supervision, organization, and academic writing and presenting.
