The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at The University of Texas Health Science Center (UT Health Houston) is seeking a psychology post-doctoral fellow interested in clinical and research training in child and adolescent psychology. Applicants must have a PhD in psychology. Clinical and research training will focus on youth receiving school-based tele-mental health services and children/families in the community who are participating in community-based social-emotional skills groups and evidence-based parenting programs. Postdoctoral fellows will deliver services via telemedicine, and in-person at community sites in Harris and Fort Bend Counties.
Trainees will choose between one or two tracks within the postdoctoral fellowship with one track focusing on school-aged youth and a second track focusing on early childhood and parenting.
