The Massachusetts Institute for College and Career Readiness (MICCR, http://sites.bu.edu/miccr/) is looking for mid-career faculty and researchers to join our researcher-practitioner effort sponsored by a three-year grant from IES.  This effort focuses on building the capacity of school and city officials to engage in evidence based decision-making and practice by providing them access to a Senior Research Fellow that will help them in the interpretation of data and design of research-based efforts to improve post-secondary attainment.  These small to mid-size communities need to increase the number of youth who successfully enter and complete college in order to raise their economic competitiveness.

The application that describes the opportunity, roles, and responsibilities of being a Senior Research Fellow can also be accessed at: http://sites.bu.edu/miccr/miccr-core-initiatives/apply-for-researchers/.

Questions and inquiries can be directed to our project assistant, Zi Chen at zichen@bu.edu
