Professor Herb Marsh, a world-leading quantitative educational psychologist and motivation researcher, is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate/Research Fellow to help lead his research program. This tenured academic, research-only position would be ideal for an early-career researcher who wishes to build a research track record as it would result in as many as 5-10 co-authored publications per annum in leading international journals. Herb’s research program extends methodological (structural equation & multilevel modelling) innovations based on substantive-methodological synergies that make important contributions that come from his ongoing substantive research programs. The successful applicant will possess well-developed organizational/research management skills, excellent (English) research writing skills, outstanding quantitative/statistical skills, and expertise in at least some of Professor Marsh’s substantive areas of interest.
